24 Hour Call Out
UPM Conveyors has a full time team of Service Engineers with support available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Engineers are readily accessible and outside office hours a reception service is available for emergency calls and to enable contact with the nearest available engineer.
Planned Maintenance Service Contracts
UPM Conveyors have introduced a comprehensive range of planned maintenance service contracts involving regular visits by one of our team of Service Engineers to maintain the equipment is in optimum condition.
A detailed visit report is supplied so a full history of all equipment is available.
Comprehensive training is available for all levels of Personnel including operators and maintenance engineers with full introduction to general principles regarding design and objectives of the equipment.
Safety Standards and Quality Assessment
All equipment has been manufactured and tested in accordance with the following normative and UK standards and conforms to all Health and safety requirements.
